Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe papaya

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup blackberries

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut a ripe papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Use one half for this recipe, setting the other aside for later.

  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt into the hollowed-out center of the papaya.

  3. Add blueberries, blackberries, and banana slices on top of the yogurt.
