Ingredients
1/2 ripe papaya
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
Cut a ripe papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Use one half for this recipe, setting the other aside for later.
Spoon the Greek yogurt into the hollowed-out center of the papaya.
Add blueberries, blackberries, and banana slices on top of the yogurt.
