Built from bio acetate sourced from Italian manufacturer Mazzuchelli, the frames are 95% biodegradable and 60% bio-based, drawing on certified wood and cotton fibers held together with citric acid esters rather than conventional plasticizers. The result is a frame with clear ingredient provenance and a measurably lighter lifecycle footprint.
