How to Request an Exchange:
1- Fill Out the Exchange Request Form. Start by completing our Return or Refund Form to provide the necessary details. We will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refer to the brand’s policy for more information about return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygienic reasons or brand-specific guidelines, certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

Personal care items, skincare, PPE (e.g., face coverings), and underwear, which are final sale and not accepted for return due to sanitary reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
