Dew Mighty Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window Unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges No standard exchanges offered. If your product arrives defective or damaged, email hello@shiftinggaia.com with photos and your lot code and the team will assist you.

Return Shipping Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds Refunds issued for unopened returns only, minus original shipping costs. Once a product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible.

Lost or Missing Packages Basic package insurance is included on every order. If your package is lost or arrives with missing items, email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order info and photos where applicable. USPS lost claims require 30 days after the package scan date before filing.
