Please read carefully, as we cannot make exceptions to our return policy. Returns that do not meet the criteria below will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Return Within 12 Days
Items must be returned within 12 days of receiving your order.
Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered
Items must be in their original, unused condition. If not, we cannot accept the return.
Free from Pet Hair and Odors
Items must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, or any damage. If not, we cannot accept the return.
Original Tags
Items must include any original tags (if applicable) and your order number.
Please also indicate the reason for your return, as missing information may delay processing.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, it must meet all return conditions listed above.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will not be able to complete an exchange.
Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping Fees
Outgoing and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Loss or Damage
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Duties & Taxes
International duties, taxes, and customs fees cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs deducted by Osei Duro during the process will not be refunded.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
International Orders
If you have specific shipping preferences for an international order, please let us know at checkout.
Please note that Osei Duro does not cover international duties or taxes.
Lost Packages
If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the delivery provider first.
You can also email us at hello@shiftinggaia.com so we are aware, but carrier issues must be resolved directly with the carrier or with Shiptection if you purchased their protection at checkout.
Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Please double-check your address at checkout, as orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be reshipped or refunded.
