Passion Lilie Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Passion Lilie to bring you ethically made fashion. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Passion Lilie's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 28 days of receipt. Full-priced items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, submit your request through our return form on shiftinggaia.com. Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Items dropped off or sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or not in original condition
- Items returned outside the 28-day return window
Return Shipping & Fees
A return shipping label will be provided upon approval. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped — a 3% processing fee applies to canceled orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been completed.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@shiftinggaia.com as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue.
