Plaine Products Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Plaine Products to offer refillable personal care products in reusable packaging. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Plaine Products guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
Plaine Products is built around reuse, refill, and reduced packaging waste. We encourage customers to review product sizes carefully and contact us with questions before ordering.

Return Window
Eligible 10 oz and 16 oz products may be returned within 30 days if they do not work out. Damaged products or missing pumps/lids should also be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges
Plaine Products does not publish a separate standard exchange process. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing a pump or lid, contact [email protected] so we can help resolve it.

Return Shipping
The customer covers return shipping. A prepaid label may be used, with $6 deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the package was incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise was received.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the eligible return is processed. Trial sizes are eligible for store credit only, and gallon jars are not eligible for returns or refunds.
