River Organics Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with River Organics to bring you certified organic skincare. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows River Organics' guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Items returned after 30 days or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate an exchange request.

- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Ship returns to: River Organics, 801 N 4th St, Apt 501, Wilmington, NC 28401. Tracking or shipping insurance is recommended for orders over $75. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after the standard processing time, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
