Saalt Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Saalt to bring you sustainable period care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Saalt's 88-Day Bliss Guarantee guidelines.

Return Window
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 88 days of purchase. Once received and inspected, the cost of the item will be refunded to your original payment method. Opened items are handled case-by-case — email hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.

Exchanges
If your product has been opened but you need a different size or absorbency, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com and we will coordinate with Saalt to help resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

First-Time Period Underwear Purchases
If you are trying Saalt period underwear for the first time, we recommend starting with one pair before opening additional pairs. Unopened pairs remain eligible for a refund within the 88-day window.

Return Shipping
Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Opened bras may only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Refunds
