Seek & Swoon Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Seek & Swoon to bring you small-batch, American-made blankets. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Seek & Swoon's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, with original tags, and free of odors, pet hair, or signs of wear. Items showing signs of use cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges
Exchanges accepted within 15 days. If you received the wrong item or your item has a defect, email hello@shiftinggaia.com with a photo and we will get your exchange processed.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Ship returns to: Seek & Swoon Returns, 10400 Frisco St #105, Frisco, TX 75033. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method minus a $10 restocking fee per item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return or exchange.
