At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Summer Solace Tallow to bring you handcrafted, small-batch regenerative tallow skincare made with seasonal and organic ingredients. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Summer Solace Tallow guidelines.
Return Window
All Summer Solace Tallow sales are final due to the handcrafted, perishable nature of their products. Returns are only accepted in rare, approved cases at the brand's discretion. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 5 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No condition or packaging rules for approved returns are specified beyond the brand's case-by-case review.
