The Period Company Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with The Period Company to bring you sustainable, reusable period care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows The Period Company's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unworn, and unwashed items only. Discounted items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. International orders are final sale.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size, style, or store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean, unworn, and unopened. If you ordered multiple pairs, please open, wash, and wear one pair only before requesting an exchange. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate your exchange request.

Customer covers return shipping costs. Please ship returns with proof of postage to:

Store credit will not be issued without proof of receipt and delivery. The Period Company is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
No cash refunds are offered. Store credit is issued as a non-expiring digital gift card within 15 business days of return receipt. You will be notified via the email used to place your order once your return has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@shiftinggaia.com as soon as possible and we will work with The Period Company to address and resolve the issue promptly.
