We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing an order, as thoughtful purchasing helps reduce unnecessary environmental impact.

Return Window

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With original tags

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your package. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected, typically within 1 to 3 business days.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@shiftinggaia.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.
