Up Circle Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with UpCircle to bring you sustainable, upcycled beauty products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows UpCircle's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unsure about full-size products, UpCircle recommends trying their Pamper Kit sample pack before committing to a full-size purchase.

Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com within 14 days of delivery for any order issues and we will do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items purchased from any retailer other than shiftinggaia.com

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com before sending anything back to receive a returns authorisation number and returns form with full instructions.

Refunds
Full refund issued once your return is received and inspected. No refunds will be issued after 14 days of delivery. Items purchased through shiftinggaia.com must be returned through Shifting Gaia — not directly to UpCircle. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for any questions about your return or refund.
