Exchange & Return Policy
We accept returns within 28 days of your purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your order, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This policy helps us keep pricing fair and ensures products maintain their shelf life.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If the items are in re-saleable condition, we’ll process your refund and send confirmation. Refunds typically appear in your account within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange a faulty or damaged item. To initiate this, please email us at hello@shiftinggaia.com. Please note that we do not cover return shipping for items exchanged for reasons other than damage or defect.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com and we will provide the correct return address for the brand.
You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
