We accept returns for eligible Organic Cotton Mart products purchased through shiftinggaia.com within 28 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns and exchanges cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Return Shipping
For domestic U.S. orders, Organic Cotton Mart typically provides a prepaid return label.
For international orders, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from the refund total.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once the brand receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Banks or card providers may require additional processing time.

Exchanges
Organic Cotton Mart only accepts exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com. We will provide return instructions after authorization.
