Returns or exchanges must be initiated using our return request form and sent back within 28 days of receipt. Not all items are eligible for return.
Please note that returns can only be dropped off at Passion Lilie’s store location in New Orleans after a return request has been approved. Any items dropped off without prior approval will not be processed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, submit your request through our return form on shiftinggaia.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Eligible Items

Full-priced items in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns must be initiated and shipped back within the allowed return window.

Return Shipping & Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

A 3% processing fee applies to canceled orders.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been completed.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
