My journey to founding Shifting Gaia began with a personal battle that transformed my perspective on life. In September 2015, I was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. This challenge led me to deeply explore the connections between our well-being and the health of our planet.
During my treatment, I realized the critical importance of slow living and the profound impact of our daily choices on our health and environment. With Shifting Gaia, I aim to share this revelation.
