The original formula in the Summer Solace Regenerative Tallow collection, Masculin Féminin Tallow Balm opens with the resinous depth of Omani frankincense and Somalian myrrh, softened by Sri Lankan patchouli and the clean, cedar-like clarity of Japanese hinoki cypress. Founded by Megan Bre Camp in 2014, this unisex balm is made in small batches weekly in Oakland, California, using tallow rendered from pasture-raised Northern California cattle and cold-pressed Séka Hills extra-virgin olive oil from the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation in Capay Valley.

Regenerative suet tallow and organic calendula flower wax form a skin-compatible base that absorbs without heaviness, supporting face, body, beard, and hair.
Spanish sage and California bay laurel essential oils add herbaceous lift to a grounding, woodsy scent profile suited to any skin or gender.
