Honeybee Hippie Refund Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Honeybee Hippie to bring you natural, handcrafted personal care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Honeybee Hippie's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase or order number. Sale items, gift cards, custom orders, and opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
No direct exchanges offered. Return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. A return label is only provided for faulty items. Return address will be disclosed upon approval of your return request. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact hello@shiftinggaia.com immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please note that natural separation and slight variations in consistency and color are normal characteristics of Honeybee Hippie's natural products and are not considered defects.
