If your Klean Kanteen order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com within 8 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
