At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Sunniemade to bring you handcrafted, artisanal products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Sunniemade's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 10 days if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled case-by-case. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number and clear photos within 10 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@shiftinggaia.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any requests made prior to your order being fulfilled or shipped.
Refunds
No standard refunds offered. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com within 10 days of delivery for assistance.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled or modified at any time. Manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration — cancel before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
