Under Luna Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Under Luna to bring you clean, sustainable hair care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Under Luna's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products only. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged as they cannot be resold. New customers are encouraged to start with Under Luna's trial size shampoos and conditioners before committing to full-size products.
Exchanges
No exchanges are offered. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend trying a trial size first. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with any questions about product suitability before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid minus shipping charges and any Route Protection fees. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for any questions about your return or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Route Shipping Protection is available and encouraged at checkout for a small fee. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can file a claim directly with Route. Claims for damaged items must include photos of the packaging and item and be filed within 15 days of delivery. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com if you need assistance.
