Waste Free celebrations Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Waste-Free Celebrations to bring you sustainable, eco-friendly party supplies. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Waste-Free Celebrations' guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Refunds do not apply to damage caused by failure to follow product care or use instructions.
Exchanges
No direct exchanges offered. Return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please ship returns to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, minus a 1% restocking fee. Refunds do not extend to damage caused by failure to read or follow product care instructions. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for any questions about your return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact hello@shiftinggaia.com immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
