Saalt Period Underwear Detergent is an ultra-concentrated, enzyme-powered formula built specifically to clean period underwear thoroughly and keep it performing wash after wash. Three enzymes, protease, alpha-amylase, and cellulase, work together to break down blood and odor at the source, while a plant-derived surfactant base keeps the fabric integrity intact. A light, essential citrus and water lily scent finishes each load without overwhelming.

Ultra-concentrated dosing means one bottle cap (8ml) cleans a full machine load, or half that for a small hand-washed load, so one bottle goes a long way.
