If a product is not working for you or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange, and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds are available when applicable.
Please make sure to inspect all bottles and products as soon as they arrive, even if you ordered them as back stock.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 28 days of your delivery date.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition.

Please include your packing slip inside the return package.

Items should be returned in the original shipping box or a similar protective box with adequate packing material to prevent damage during transit.

Only returns sent using a return label provided through Shifting Gaia will be processed. Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
Once your return or exchange arrives, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
