BeNat Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with BeNat to bring you plastic-free, sustainable personal care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows BeNat's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com as soon as possible to initiate a return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with details of the issue to initiate an exchange request.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days, minus return shipping costs. If you do not see your refund after the standard processing time, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.
