To start a return, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for the return, and any helpful details.
Once the Juniper Ridge return has been received and processed by the brand, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for the brand to complete the inspection and approval process on their end. Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is the result of an error by the brand.
