Kaylaan Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Kaylaan to offer low-waste oral care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Kaylaan guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
Kaylaan products are personal care items, so all returns must be reviewed and authorized before anything is sent back.

Return Window
A refund request may be made within 30 business days following delivery. All returns require authorization before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Exchanges
Kaylaan does not publish a separate standard exchange process. If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or need help with an eligible issue, contact [email protected].

Return Shipping
Kaylaan's policy states that return shipping costs are Kaylaan's responsibility for authorized returns. Please contact Shifting Gaia first so we can confirm eligibility and next steps.

Refunds
Approved refund requests are handled after authorization and review. Custom or sale items are not eligible for returns.
