We are happy to accept returns for full-price Lacson Ravello merchandise purchased through shiftinggaia.com. You have 12 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in a salable state, with all tags intact and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. The brand reserves the right to determine whether items meet these standards. Items that are worn, washed, used, altered, soiled, marked, or carrying strong odors cannot be returned and will be sent back without a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and your reason for returning. Returns must be pre-authorized before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved by the brand, we will provide the return instructions. A shipping and restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must arrive to Lacson Ravello within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Each customer is limited to two return transactions within a 30-day period for Lacson Ravello products.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@shiftinggaia.com so we can resolve the issue with the brand.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations are considered final sale.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After the brand receives and inspects your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Price Adjustments
One-time price adjustments for full-price items may be honored if requested within 7 days of purchase. Since Shifting Gaia does not process store credit or gift card adjustments, only refunds to the original payment method may apply when eligible.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased Lacson Ravello products from another retailer, their return policy applies. Please contact the retailer directly, as we cannot process returns for items not purchased on shiftinggaia.com.
International Orders
International orders are final sale.
Late Returns
Items received after 30 days from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Holiday Gift Returns
Gift orders placed between December 1 and December 24 may be eligible for an extended exchange period. If a return is initiated after the standard 12-day window, please contact us by January 8. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
