At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Love of Earth to offer lower-waste home, bath, and lifestyle products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Love of Earth guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
Love of Earth asks that eligible returns be handled within a short return window and reviewed after the product is received. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before ordering.

Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be reviewed before approval.

Exchanges
Love of Earth does not publish a separate standard exchange process. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you need help with an eligible issue, contact [email protected].

Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact Shifting Gaia before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the return is received, inspected, and confirmed not to have been tampered with.
