MamaSuds Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with MamaSuds to offer household cleaning and personal care products made with careful ingredient standards. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows MamaSuds guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
MamaSuds encourages customers to choose carefully, especially with opened, custom, personal care, sale, or gift-card items, which may not be returnable.

Return Window
MamaSuds does not publish a standard U.S. return window on the supplier page. Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, and authorized before anything is sent back.

Exchanges
MamaSuds recommends returning the eligible item first and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately with photos.

Return Shipping
MamaSuds does not pay for return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected, minus a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing costs. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
