Pure Planet Club US Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Pure Planet Club US to bring you eco-friendly bamboo and recycled toilet tissue products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Pure Planet Club US guidelines.

Return Window
Change of mind return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of order. Damaged or faulty product requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a change of mind purchase, items must be returned in their original condition. Products that have been used or have had their tamper seal broken cannot be accepted for return due to hygienic reasons. All returns and exchanges require an authorization number from Pure Planet Club US before a return will be accepted. Once an order has been processed, it is the customer's responsibility to organize the return, as orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for change of mind purchases provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with the tamper seal intact, and a return authorization number has been obtained. Faulty products will be refunded or replaced in line with consumer laws. For purchases made on shiftinggaia.com, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate an exchange request.

  • Products with a broken tamper seal
  • Orders for which a return authorization number has not been obtained

Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, it is the customer's responsibility to organize and cover the cost of return shipping. Pure Planet Club US recommends purchasing tracking or insurance for your return, as they cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels in transit. For damaged or faulty products, a return label will be provided by Pure Planet Club US. A return authorization number must be obtained before sending any return. Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified by email whether it has been accepted. If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 4 to 6 business days. If a refund has not appeared in your account after 7 business days from return approval, you should follow up. Change of mind returns attract a $10.00 restocking fee. Damaged or faulty product returns do not attract a restocking fee. For purchases made on shiftinggaia.com, refunds must be handled through Shifting Gaia and not directly with Pure Planet Club US.
