Return & Exchange Policy
River Organics accepts returns within 28 days of purchase. If 28 days have passed since your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

Products must be in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) are not eligible.

Items returned after 28 days cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com. You will then be asked to ship the item to:

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as River Organics cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
