Shower Candy Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Shower Candy to bring you fun, sustainable shower products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Shower Candy's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with photos of the issue and we will make it right.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Tracking or shipping insurance is recommended for orders over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.
