You have 12 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the product must be unused, in as-new condition, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once the item is returned to UpCircle and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is returned to UpCircle due to any of the following:

Incomplete or inaccessible address

Addressee unavailable

Parcel not collected
You may request a refund or choose to have the item resent. In both cases, a 10 USD postage and handling fee will apply to cover shipping and administrative costs.
