Eligibility for Returns
Unused items in new condition may be returned within 12 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

Clean and in new condition
-
With original hang tags attached
-
Free of spots, stains, odors, or pet hair
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number within 12 days of delivery.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within approximately one week and issued back to your original payment method.
Please note:

A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking costs.
