Yoloha Yoga stands behind its products and offers an easy 28-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Return shipping is free for U.S. orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Packaging Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Returns sent in alternate packaging may incur a $10 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Inspect Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any shipping errors, damages, or defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with shipping issues, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com as soon as possible and include photos along with a brief description so the issue can be reviewed.
International Returns
For orders outside the U.S., return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. If additional taxes or fees are charged upon return delivery and refused, the return will be sent back to the customer.

Returned items must be free from damage, dirt, or marks.

Yoga mats that are improperly packaged for return, including folded or creased mats, may be subject to partial refunds.

Final sale items, gift cards, try-before-you-buy orders, yoga mat cleaners, and grip sprays are not eligible for return.

Free return shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items, including Cork Bolsters, Cork Floor Mats, Nomad XL Yoga Mats, Unity XL Yoga Mats, and Unity Pro 84" Mats.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
How to Start a Return
If your order was placed within the return window, you can start a return by submitting a request through shiftinggaia.com. Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
