At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Ambrosia Long-Life Linen to bring you thoughtfully made produce storage bags designed to help reduce food waste. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Ambrosia's guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
Ambrosia products are designed to support long-term kitchen use. We encourage customers to review the product details carefully and contact us before ordering if they need help choosing the right produce bag.

Return Window
Ambrosia allows returns within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returned products must be received and checked before the refund is processed.

Exchanges
A standard exchange process is not specified by Ambrosia. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you need help with a product issue, contact [email protected] and we will review the case with you.

Return Shipping
A $7 return label fee is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. Please contact Shifting Gaia before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return steps.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and its condition is confirmed, the approved refund is processed minus the $7 return label fee.
