Bamboozle Home Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we work with Bamboozle Home to bring you thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious homeware. As a marketplace partner, our exchange process follows Bamboozle Home’s guidelines outlined below.

Exchanges & Returns

Bamboozle Home allows returns within 12 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original manufacturer packaging. Please keep all packaging for at least the first 12 days after your delivery date.

Items Purchased From Dealers or Resellers

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, resellers, or any seller other than the original marketplace retailer are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping Notes

Orders are fulfilled from Bamboozle Home’s warehouse in North Carolina. Delivery timelines vary depending on region and carrier.
