Because many Butter Me Up Organics products are personal care items, returns are handled carefully and are generally limited to product issues such as damage during shipping.

Return Window
Butter Me Up Organics accepts returns where an item has been damaged during shipping. Standard change-of-mind returns are not specified by the supplier policy.

Exchanges
Butter Me Up Organics replaces items only when they are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved and requested, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Gift cards are not returnable.
