At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Conscious Clothing to offer slow-fashion pieces made with thoughtful materials and ethical production practices. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Conscious Clothing guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
Conscious Clothing's return approach is rooted in reducing waste and encouraging intentional purchasing. We encourage customers to review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before ordering.

Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from signs of wear, pet hair, or similar use. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges
Conscious Clothing processes eligible returns as exchanges or store credit. Size or color exchanges may be supported when the item is eligible and available.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is not free. For store-credit returns, label costs may be deducted from the store credit. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back unless otherwise confirmed.

Refunds
