Fillaree Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Fillaree to bring you sustainable, earth-safe refillable personal care and home cleaning products made with natural ingredients since 2014. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Fillaree guidelines.
Return Window
Fillaree accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, no refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged or missing parts due to causes not attributable to Fillaree, or for returns made more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
Exchanges
Fillaree states that exchanges can be requested by emailing their team directly. Because your purchase was made through Shifting Gaia, please do not contact Fillaree directly to initiate an exchange. Instead, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will coordinate the exchange process on your behalf in accordance with Fillaree guidelines.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, including consumable or time-sensitive items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Digital or downloadable products
- Sale or discounted items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return Shipping
According to Fillaree's policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, Fillaree recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely. No return authorization process is specified by Fillaree. For purchases made through Shifting Gaia, please contact [email protected] before sending any return so we can provide guidance.
Refunds
Once Fillaree receives and inspects your return, they will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, a gift certificate will be issued for the value of the return. If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Because your order was placed through Shifting Gaia, all refund requests must be initiated through us and not directly with Fillaree. Please contact [email protected] to begin the process.
