Green Goo Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your Green Goo purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Please postmark returned items within 30 days of your packing slip and use a trackable shipping method. Once received, refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
