At Shifting Gaia, we honor Joplins' guidelines while streamlining the process for you.

You may request an exchange or full refund for any Joplins product purchased through shiftinggaia.com. To do so, please contact us at hello@shiftinggaia.com within 60 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Before we begin the exchange or return process, please email us at hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Once received, we will review your case and guide you through the next steps in accordance with Joplins' brand policy.

Please note that Joplins is responsible for the product until it is delivered to you. Any damage or malfunction that occurs after delivery is the responsibility of the customer or the individual who received the item.
