Lunchskins Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Lunchskins to bring you eco-friendly food storage solutions. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Lunchskins' guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items bought through shiftinggaia.com. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com immediately with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with Lunchskins to make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, email hello@shiftinggaia.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return authorization and instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped.
