Malibu Apothecary Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Malibu Apothecary to bring you clean, luxury fragrances. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Malibu Apothecary's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate. A $9.50 return shipping fee applies and is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Ship returns to: Malibu Apothecary, 2012 Farrington, Dallas, TX 75207. Tracking or shipping insurance is recommended for orders over $75.

Refunds
Processed to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
