Midori Bikinis Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Midori Bikinis to bring you sustainable swimwear. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Midori Bikinis' guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
No direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return.

Return Shipping
A return shipping label will be provided upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com to get started.

Refunds
Processed to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. Bank processing times may vary.
