At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Orchid & Ash to bring you thoughtfully designed products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Orchid & Ash's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges
No standard exchange policy. Exchanges are handled case-by-case — email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number to request.

Return Shipping
A return label will be provided, but the cost is deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for original shipping costs.

Refunds
Processed after the return is received and inspected. Special cases are handled individually. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.
