Organic Cotton Mart Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Organic Cotton Mart to bring you certified organic home essentials. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Organic Cotton Mart's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns must be authorized before being sent back — email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number to initiate.

Exchanges
Exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to request authorization and receive return instructions.

Return Shipping
Prepaid return label provided for US orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking is recommended for orders over $75. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Processed to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. Bank processing times may vary. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com if your refund has not been received after the standard processing time.
